Why Yoga?

The sentence below is the meaning of ‘namaste’ and the reason why I practice yoga:

‘I honour place in me where the entire universe dwells, I honour the place in me that is of truth, love, light and peace. When I am in that place in me and you are in the place in you – we are one.

How beautiful is that?! The feeling yoga gives me is pure bliss. It helps me bring my awareness to my breathe, takes me out of my head and into my heart space so I can connect with my intuition and soul.

There are so many types and styles of yoga that are all so different so its important that if you are new to it, don’t give up if you don’t enjoy on your first class, persevere and find the one that is right for you.

I am so proud of what we have managed to do at our retreats ,as we have many different styles and teachers so you can try them all and find the one thats best for you.  From Ashtanga to Yin sound baths and Kundalini to laughing yoga!
